The first interview was a video call and it was really tough, like an interrogation, with a lot of questions that seemed a bit much for an RBT role. The interviewer mentioned their process is super intense and hard, with only about 10% of people getting hired. Then there was supposed to be a 3-hour interview involving the CEO, a test, and watching how I interact with kids through a one-way mirror. They also said I'd need to wear a GoPro during sessions, which felt a little silly. They said they'd call in a few days, but never did, and didn't reply when I followed up, which I thought was unprofessional. It could be a good job for someone who's okay with their strict standards and has a lot of RBT experience.

I talked with Dr. Jacob in his office about the job, then he had me interact with a client while a couple doctors watched from behind a one way mirror. It wasn't too bad though.
