First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Scottrade Center.
Administrative Assistant
I enjoyed this interview, they were really nice and welcoming, but I was dissapointed to not receive a follow up after a 2 hour, intense interview. too long for no second interview!! Many questions about my life - made me feel kinda like they were prying about my family & financial situation.
- Can you tell us about your family and whether you have siblings?
- What is the occupation of your parents?
Advertising Manager
It was a 3 stage traditional process. Started with a phone interview, then I had a 1:1 in the office with management and director level staff. After a 3 week wait, I got the offer. A follow-up call led to negotiations and then I finally accepted the offer.
- Tell me about a time you had to fix a mistake.
- What contributions do you think you can make to the department?
Warehouse Associate
We chatted a bit, and they asked about my past work experience. Then we talked about them and their company and the specific job I applied for. After that, they showed me around the facility.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
