First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Scottline.
Software Engineer
The interview process was conversational, like a chat between the interviewer and the candidate. They focused a lot on coding and logical questions. The assessment included aptitude and coding. The coding part was a bit challenging.
- Can you introduce yourself and talk about your hobbies?
- Introduction about yourself and hobbies
Software Engineer
Fresher interview for the Software Engineer role. It covers basic OOPS concepts, syntaxes, and analytical skills. The interview is onsite. The recruiter was very helpful with onboarding. The last round was with the manager, discussing attitude, company details, and future plans.
- What are OOPS concepts?
- Can you solve the Palindrome problem?
- Show your analytical skills.
Business Analyst
The interview process consisted of 3 rounds. First, an HR call for basic introductions. Second, a 1-hour workshop focused on your past experience, where they assess your attitude. Third, a formal interview with the COO, which is solely about your attitude. The entire process spanned 5 days. This is typical for a startup, and I found it a bit annoying.
- Can you describe your previous work experience?
- For freshers, discuss your attitude and luck.
