- Be prepared to discuss analytics and create a strategy on the spot.
Manager
It was a thorough, professional, and friendly process. I started with HR, and there was a timed writing/editing test. Then I met with my direct supervisor, followed by the team, and finally, there was a follow-up to address any remaining questions. Everything was done via Zoom. Each interview started right on time and went very smoothly.
- How would you handle a situation where a subordinate missed a deadline for their assigned tasks?
Manager
After sending in my application, I had an interview with the Director. It was a pretty chill chat where we mostly went over the job's tasks and responsibilities, and how my experience and skills fit. We also talked about how I'd handle situations like getting a team assignment with a tight deadline or needing to work more than 40 hours to finish a project. The interview was about 40 minutes, and I got a response from the Director in under a week.
- Which of the listed responsibilities do you anticipate being the most difficult?
