It was a pretty standard interview. I met with a few associates and one manager. The whole thing took about two hours. The questions were pretty normal, not too hard or tricky.

It started with a paper test covering java, sql, linux commands, and design patterns. After discussing my past work experience, they asked technical questions about data structures and recursion. Finally, there were some behavioral questions.

The communication from this place is not great. First, there was a standard screening. Then, a technical round interview happened on Skype, where they asked basic JDBC and Java collections questions. After that, the recruiter mentioned a final round interview. They initially said it wouldn't be too technical, unlike typical final rounds, but that wasn't the case. The final round was a 2.5-hour technical interview with three different groups, all focusing on technical aspects. The recruiter had advised researching the company and its products beforehand, but none of that came up, nor were there any behavioral questions. It was quite disappointing how different things were from what was communicated; this company seems to say one thing and do another.

They had 5 rounds, with 2 in-person. All fake, just a waste of time. It's a small company that only wants people from Google/Microsoft. They aren't worth interviewing.
