The process wasn't bad. They wanted me to talk to HR, then the hiring manager, and then interview in person. During the hiring manager interview, she asked if 75% travel was okay. I was surprised because the job posting said 25% travel. She asked me where I saw that number. The HR recruiter told me that number, and it was also in the job posting. It seems like they aren't organized. Even though I didn't get an offer, it turned out to be a good thing.

Applied on LinkedIn and got shortlisted by the hiring manager who then emailed the interview details. Went through two half-hour technical rounds focusing on resume-based questions, followed by a panel interview where I had to explain and present a project. It seems they keep posting the job for months without hiring anyone.

The initial call got rescheduled because HR didn't show up, citing email glitches during a system conversion. The second interview with the hiring manager also had to be rescheduled for the same reason, even though I was already waiting on Zoom. After these finally happened, along with an in-person interview, I had to give a presentation on a clinical topic. Then, I was asked to present on something fun, and the Zolgensma PP was mentioned, which was a bit confusing. Since all the interview stages were done, Allison never followed up with a rejection or acceptance, and she ignored my emails and calls. She just reposted the job on LinkedIn, which confirmed my suspicion given the other negative reviews I'd seen. It's disappointing because good communication and basic courtesy are important, especially for a reputable company.

The process moved super fast, starting with a quick chat with the recruiter. Right after, I had a phone interview with a manager, and they hit me with both technical and behavioral questions. The last part was a panel interview with two other team members.
