Server/Bartender
The whole process was super smooth. I really liked how they communicated clearly and fast, and kept things positive. The interview gave me a good idea about what the job entails, how the training works, and what the pay is like. Honestly, I had a good time interviewing with them.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Server
The interview was comfortable, and I got to ask many questions. The atmosphere was great, with really good coworkers and supportive staff. It was a more uplifting and less stressful hiring process than I anticipated!
- Regarding your availability and inquiries about your skill set
Server
I applied for the job and didn't hear back. A week later, a family friend referred me, and they reviewed my application. I was scheduled for an interview where the interviewer seemed like it was an inconvenience for me to be there. I answered the questions as best I could and was offered the job shortly after.
- Can you describe your experiences in team settings and how you've been successful within them?
Assistant Professional
The interview process lasted around 3 hours. It included many questions about the industry, customer service, teaching, tournament operations, merchandising, and playing ability. I felt it was a fair interview that let the hiring manager get to know me. The interview was held during dinner, which the hiring manager paid for. It was a very classy and professional experience!
- How would you deal with a customer who is complaining?
