The whole interview process took about 3 months. It included a phone screening, a manager interview, and a group interview. The process was fast and professional. After accepting the offer, a background check was also required. HR maintained constant contact throughout.

The interview was a bit tough because of technical questions. The interviewer was patient and nice, explaining things well. They didn’t pressure me, so I felt comfortable giving it a try. It’s okay to say you don’t know if you really don’t have any idea.

The interview starts with an initial phone intro with an overseas recruiter. After that, there are meetings (online and in-person) with the work area manager. Finally, there are meetings with HR and a Europe-level Manager.

I only made it to the first round with the hiring manager and decided to withdraw my application because it was so bad. The manager seemed disengaged, said they'd pause for questions (which I had to interrupt for), took a call during the virtual meeting, and told me the role would involve doing tasks she hasn't even started and has been avoiding. It was weird to present a job and company like that. Plus, she didn't respect my time, going over by at least 15 minutes while continuing to talk. It was a mess from start to finish.
