First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Science Care.
Quality Assurance Engineer
It was conducted over the phone and through email. They asked some interesting questions about me. They were quick and respectful in their communication. The questions were mostly situational, like 'how did you handle' and 'tell me about a time' type scenarios.
- What are your reasons for not hiring me?
Medical Training/Events Steward
I applied online and got a call for an interview the very next day. The interview was scheduled for the following week. It was a pretty detailed interview because they asked questions covering different categories like behavioral and situational. The interviewer was really nice and the interview lasted about 35 minutes. They even offered snacks and drinks. All my questions were answered well, and the facility was nice too.
- Can you tell me about a time you skillfully managed a difficult situation involving you and your manager?
Client Services Coordinator
The interview process felt a bit strange because I was initially told I was interviewing for two different roles, which made me think I could pick the one I liked best. However, once the interview started, it became clear I was only being considered for one position, and there was no choice involved. Beyond that initial confusion, the assessments, both before and during the main interview, were quite extensive, but overall, it was a positive experience.
- On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your assertiveness?
Client Services Administrator
Saw the job on Craigslist, got a call back after applying, then went in for an in-person interview the following week. Got a call before I even got home offering me the job to start the next Monday.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
- What days are you available to work?
- What times are you available to work?
