First, I had an HR phone call where they asked some basic technical questions. Then, I went in person to interview with a couple of engineers. This part was technical, focusing on easy to medium LeetCode problems and a discussion about my resume.

Technical

Extremely technical interview, focused on an engineering intern position. It was probably the most relevant interview I've had for the role, given the questions were pertinent to the job and the future day-to-day of a protection and control electrical engineer.

Coding Technical

They did a get-to-know-you HR phone interview first. Then, I went in for a formal interview where they checked me in and took me to the software engineers. I had asked about the job details in the phone interview, like the work type and programming languages, but they didn't know anything and said I'd find out in person. This was a bit of a bummer since I hadn't done C coding in a while. The in-person interview was mostly small talk and basic C programming syntax questions. They were all really nice though.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Could you explain what a union is in C?
  • What does the const keyword do in C?
  • How can you define a type in C?
