Started with an HR phone call asking about my interest, SEL values, past relay experience, basic qualifications, and visa status. The second step was a 1-hour online interview with four team members who asked technical questions and about my past experience. They also asked why protection is needed and why a CT short is necessary during live conditions, as well as about the equipment's damage curve. They also inquired about my comfort with presentations, teaching, and handling large audiences. The third round involved a PowerPoint presentation on the SEL 710 application guide, a tour of the office, meeting other staff, lunch, and an HR meeting to explain benefits. Afterwards, the hiring manager emailed for a short 15-minute call on Friday afternoon. Since I was at work during my afternoon shift and had a no-phone policy, I couldn't reply the same day. I felt it was unprofessional to reply over the weekend, so I responded on Monday. Since then, there's been no response or feedback, and I expect a rejection, though they could have handled it more professionally, considering SEL values.

It started with asking about the company's standards and if I had any questions about them. I asked about training. Then there were general questions about the company culture. She also asked about customer service and what the company's main products are, and if I had used them. Standard interview questions were asked, like 'best asset or strength' and 'Why do you want to work at SEL?'. There were also some general or basic electrical questions. I answered most questions using the STAR method. The next interview would be more technical, followed by an interview with local employees, owners, or a panel of people. She said she would call back by a certain date, but didn't. I called to follow up but got no response.
