First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Schweiger Dermatology Group.
Medical Assistant
The interview process included an online screening, followed by an assessment, and then an in-person interview. The initial online interview is for them to get to know you better, and the assessment is just an easy form to fill out.
- Can you introduce yourself and talk about some of your accomplishments?
- How would you deal with a difficult patient?
Medical Assistant
It was a chill chat about your past work stuff and what you wanna do later. They asked about how much you wanna make, when you can work, and what you like about the job. Then, you meet the manager and assistant manager face-to-face. If they like you, they might ask you to hang out with someone already doing the job.
- Can you tell me about your education and experience that make you a good fit for this position?
General Manager
I submitted my application online and was quickly contacted via email for an initial call with the VP of HR. Following that, I completed an assessment quiz covering typing, math, and basic computer skills. Subsequently, I participated in several interviews with different departments. Scheduling was smooth, and everyone was consistently responsive and cordial throughout. While the entire process spanned about two months, my specific situation might have been unusual as it typically concludes faster. Although the experience felt comfortable, I'd rate its difficulty as high due to the substantial time investment required across the various stages and the assessment.
- Can you discuss your past experiences?
- Describe your approach to management.
- What difficulties have you encountered in your leadership roles?
Office Manager
The interview process was really professional and informative, but not scary at all. I first had a phone screen, then I took an online test to check my skills, and finally, I had two in-person interviews. Everyone I talked to, whether on the phone or in person, was super friendly and easy to talk to. I liked the online test because it showed they're serious about finding good candidates. The onboarding was great too – very welcoming, detailed, and supportive. By the end of my first day in orientation, I felt really pumped and excited to start the job and work for such a great company. They really care about their culture and seem passionate about their mission and values.
- Can you describe your ideal job?
