So, I went through this long interview thing for a Lead Architect job. It started with a recruiter chat, then an online chat with the engineering head. After that, I did a take-home test, and then another online chat to go over that test. Then there was the site visit, which I thought was the last part, but then there was this weird 'check call' afterwards, totally disorganized. I thought I did really well on the technical parts – my coding, system design, and cloud stuff were apparently great, better than they expected. The technical interviewers seemed happy. But then, one of the business interviewers, who seemed to not get basic stuff like 'real-time data' and didn't speak great English, ended up rejecting me. It was crazy, like I was rejected because of a misunderstanding, not my skills. The onsite visit was also a mess. No real plan, I waited an hour at the entrance! It felt rushed and unprofessional, like they just wanted to leave. They asked random questions and talked over each other. This whole thing took over three months, and I traveled a long way. Getting rejected for weird reasons was super frustrating. It was confusing and unprofessional, probably the worst interview process ever. I wouldn't recommend it unless you like uncertainty and unprofessionalism.

The interview was easy, very chill and friendly. It didn't focus on skills but rather on my expectations and willingness to work. I was asked about the knowledge I expect to gain. The department manager was friendly and emphasized that they would be teaching me.

Friendly chat, serious and trustworthy company. Met with the CEO and the headhunter. They both have a lot of experience. Nice and friendly environment. It was an exploratory meeting for the position that the previous employee held.
