First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Schreiber Foods.
Intern
There were 2 hiring managers, and they were nice and friendly. I fumbled the question regarding the main point of the role, so I got the result 30 minutes after the interview ended. HR actually remembered me and they offered to interview for another role.
- What is your understanding of the company?
Intern
The interview process consisted of two stages, with a welcoming atmosphere and a calm, straightforward conversation. The employees were polite and ready to assist. The environment felt calm, with enthusiasm for working at the company. It's an organized company with good communication, offering opportunities for promotion and knowledge exchange. The directors are committed to professional quality.
- Where do you see yourself in five years?
Intern
The recruiter contacted me very quickly and was very nice. The interview process is extremely structured and totally impractical. When you tell someone that it's STAR format and that it's behavioral based, people just make stuff up. PLEASE just talk to people, have conversations and make it feel more comfortable.
- Choose 2 questions off of a sheet out of 3, behavioral questions and very very structured. Need to answer in STAR format.
