Customer Success Manager
I applied online and got an email saying the hiring manager enjoyed meeting me, but I actually never spoke with anyone. When I responded to the recruiter and hiring manager, I received a response saying 'oops'. Again, I never even spoke to anyone. If this is their recruitment process, I can only imagine what a nightmare this organization is!!!

Solutions Consultant
Had an HR screen, and was told I'd be speaking to the hiring manager. That never occurred, even after I followed up multiple times. Eventually got an automated rejection about a month later. Unsure if the HR rep even presented my profile to the hiring manager. They canceled our first scheduled meeting at the last minute and couldn't reschedule for a week or two.
- What's your experience with other platforms, and have you worked on our platform?
- Can you tell me about your experience with other platforms and whether you have experience with our specific platform?
QA Automation Engineer
The first step was a chat to get to know my career and a CV review, with questions about my CV and projects, especially those similar to the daily tasks. The second step was the same with the CTO, asking similar questions. The third step was a Python quiz.
- Can you explain your career path?
- Could you review my CV?
- What can you tell me about my CV?
Senior Content Account Executive
I was contacted by a recruiter who thought I was a good fit based on my 9 years of experience in the industry and past work with their content partners. The recruiter set up an interview with the hiring manager, but it was clear the manager didn't know how to interview. They only asked about why I left previous jobs and ignored questions about my sales performance, deal sizes, or new logos. It felt like a personal judgment rather than a skills assessment. I got rejected the next day with no explanation. I emailed for feedback, and the hiring manager sent a rude, unprofessional rant about me. I realized I was lucky to not work for them and feel for anyone who does.
- Can you describe your experience?
