The initial process was okay, but this credit union is all about internal promotions and they open the positions to the public just to satisfy some sort of regulatory requirement. Super easy process. I applied online back in August 2018 and didn't hear back until October 2018 for a phone call. The first call was about my experience and lasted about 30 minutes. Got an email about 30 minutes after that for a second interview. Because I was out of state, the second interview was over video conference and was an hour long. The questions were pretty straightforward.
