The interview process included a recruiter call and a committee round. The first round focused on background, experience, and behavioral questions. The initial process was okay, but this credit union is all about internal promotions and they open the positions to the public just to satisfy some sort of regulatory requirement. In the end, if you are looking for a manager role, they will be wasting your time because they will eventually choose someone internally.

The process involved one phone round initially, followed by a conference with managers from different departments. It's worth noting that getting to the in-person interview stage could take a significant amount of time, around 4-6 months. Also, expect delays in receiving status updates via email from your contact, which could take 2-4 weeks. It's advisable to apply early.

Super easy process. I applied online back in August 2018 and didn't hear back until October 2018 for a phone call. The first call was about my experience and lasted about 30 minutes. Got an email about 30 minutes after that for a second interview. Because I was out of state, the second interview was over video conference and was an hour long. The questions were pretty straightforward.
