Implementation Manager
I was amazed to have spoken to the founder. She was the one who responded to me. I can see why the company has grown so much in the last couple of years. They have a small team overall. It seems like they will be moving fast and a lot of work ahead.
- What are your weaknesses and what steps do you take to overcome them?
Implementation Manager
The interview process was pretty interesting and well-thought-out. It looks like they're hiring a lot of people right now, as the team is clearly growing quickly. I interviewed with their Director of Operations, who was a really nice guy. We talked about the benefits package, and it seems like the company recently made a lot of changes to their compensation and benefits. It's a good offer.
- Can you start with a brief introduction about yourself?
- What relevant skills do you possess?
- How do you see yourself fitting into our company culture?
Implementation Manager
I applied online and the CEO reached out really fast to set up a 30-minute video chat. The interview was direct, with the CEO asking about my background and my understanding of the role. It was on a Friday afternoon, and she mentioned her team would discuss candidates that day, so I expected to hear back by mid-next week. I had a feeling I wasn't moving to the next round, but I did expect an email, even a rejection. It was pretty disappointing to not even get a generic rejection email.
- Could you describe what you believe the responsibilities of an Implementation Manager entail?
