Inside Sales Representative
The interview process typically involves 3-4 interviews with standard behavior and skill-based questions. The recruiter was very helpful in prepping candidates before each call and was friendly and fast with interested individuals. The onboarding process after hiring is great and in-depth.
- How would you prioritize your sales territory?
Customer Service Associate
I had a phone interview that lasted about 20-30 minutes. After that, I met with the hiring manager, another Customer Service Associate, and someone from HR for an in-person interview. We all sat together at a conference table, and all three of them asked me questions.
- Can you describe a time you dealt with an unhappy customer?
Transportation Coordinator
We had a 30-minute phone screening with HR. The in-person interview length varies. They first want to hear about you and your motivation for the position. Be ready with your own questions too.
- Can you share an instance where you had to act quickly without much planning?
- Describe a situation where you had to go back on a promise.
- Tell me about a time a peer helped you gain confidence.
Vendor Management Specialist
I got a quick text about my application and set up a phone screen with a recruiter, which went well. The recruiter said the hiring manager would be interested. They texted me later asking to schedule an interview with the hiring manager for Monday. I had trouble texting and calling, so I downloaded an app, but the recruiter never responded. I messaged them on LinkedIn, no response. On Monday, I still hadn't heard back, so I tried calling and texting again with no luck. Since the only communication was via text, I tried every email I could find for the recruiter, and they all bounced. As a last try, I submitted a contact form on their website. Finally, after two days of trying, on Tuesday morning, I got an email saying they were "no longer considering me for the role."
