Chat Representative
Had two phone calls, one of them was with the top salesperson. Then I had an in-office interview. Got the job offer within 2 weeks. I accepted it, but I didn't stay there for long because there was a lot of turnover and it involved sitting at a desk all day.
- Regarding communication with customers via chat, are you comfortable with that?
Digital Marketing Analyst
The entire interview process was completed in about three weeks, from the initial phone call to receiving the offer. I applied and was contacted by the VP of Marketing a few days later for a phone interview. The next week, I went in for an in-person interview where I met the VP of Marketing, two marketing team leads, and another digital marketing analyst. My second in-person interview involved meeting with the CMO and HR. Everyone was really nice and kept the interviews relaxed. It was a fast process, and I got the offer just two days after the second in-person meeting.
- Can you describe a past project that involved analytics?
Customer Service Representative
I got a call from someone and set up an interview with Deb and Bethany. They said it would be about an hour long. It was going to have a basic math test and I'd have to reply to a sample email. It was a great time. It felt really casual and chatty. They were really open about the job duties and the benefits. After the math test and email, I also had to do a listening test and a test where I entered data with letters and numbers.
- Can you share an instance where you had to convey unfavorable news to a customer?
Customer Relations Advisor
It was pretty straightforward. The new HR rep, Susan Grubbs, is a pleasure to interact with and clearly enjoys her job. Just be truthful about your experience, and be ready to provide a background check, and you should be fine! I wouldn't have any concerns about this process.
- What are your five-year career goals?
