Warehouse Worker
The interviewer took me on a tour of the warehouse, trying to convince me it was a 'good' job. He also mentioned how strict he is. The interview took about an hour.
- What are your career goals?
Warehouse Worker
I saw the job posting on snagajob.com. I went to the site and spoke with the receptionist. She had me complete an application and we scheduled an interview with the manager. I returned two days later for the interview. The manager asked me some basic questions about the job. He seemed relaxed and explained the job duties. He wants the job to be enjoyable and tries to make that happen. The interview lasted about ten minutes. Before I left, he mentioned he had many openings and would contact me in a few days if I was selected. He called four days later with a job offer and provided details for orientation.
- How do you handle stress, and what are common stressors for you?
Warehouse Manager
I had two interviews. The interview with Human Resources went very well and the woman seemed excited to have me as a candidate. I was told I would hear back either way. Never heard anything and no responses to emails or calls.
- Tell me about yourself/general interview questions
- A recorded video interview was also part of the process.
