It was an easy interview. There were two people that interviewed me. I thought it went pretty well but never even heard back. They told me they would reach out within 2-3 weeks and I never heard back. Also extremely underpaid so I wasn’t interested after learning compensation.

The interview process involved questions about what I would do in specific situations, given that the role is about calling on places to hold book fairs. The interview was during the summer, and the office environment was very casual (flip flops, t-shirts, hats), though they mentioned it becomes more professional when school starts. They also asked about my sales experience, how I've met my goals, and how I stayed organized.

I applied for the role online and got a call from Book Fair Headquarters in Lake Mary Florida for a screening. Then, I had my first in-person interview with the Sales Manager, followed by an interview with the General Manager for Sales and Operations. After that, I had a phone interview with a Sales Consultant. The last step was an interview with the Human Resources Manager.
