Behavioral Technical Coding System Design

Started with an HR phone screen, about 30 minutes, non-technical questions. Then scheduled 2 on-site interviews with hub directors for the same day, but 3 hours apart. They didn't ask about my availability, so be ready to take the whole day off. For managers, there are 5 interviews: System design, Leadership (only for managers), Coding, System architecture, CS fundamentals, and Product owner review. My first interview was system design, about an hour, discussing how I'd build a TinyURL-like service. The second was leadership, where the director talked about himself for 10 mins then we discussed my last project. HR called back about 2 weeks later saying the feedback wasn't great and they wanted a different type of manager. My overall impression was neutral.
