I applied for the summer intern 2022 position and the hiring process was smooth. First, there was an initial screening that took a bit but they let me know about it. Then, I had a home code task, followed by a technical interview about the task, and a non-technical interview. Finally, they made an offer.

It was a three-step process. First, there were online tests, then an assessment day. About half of us got called back for a second interview two weeks later. The first interview had a presentation about the company, followed by a simple group case focusing on group dynamics. The last part was about an hour long, based on an online personality test. It felt pretty rigid and standardized, and they didn't ask the usual 'tell me about yourself.' The second interview was only 30 minutes but was super intense, really trying to get under your skin. No cases, just questions about major life decisions, why you're interested in media, and a deep dive into details.
