Behavioral Technical

It was mostly a behavioral interview asking about my resume. They asked about how I would handle different situations and what kind of work ethic I follow. There were no technical questions, besides a couple about MBSE and SolidWorks, but they weren't required.

The process began with a phone screen with HR, followed by an in-person meeting at the office with the project manager and manager. I met several people who work there in person, though most are still remote. Everyone I met was very nice and open to questions. HR was very responsive and preferred calling over email.

Behavioral Technical

As a Registration Participant Services Advisor, the interview process will probably have many steps to check your skills, experience, and if you're a good fit. Here's a possible idea of how it might go: First up, probably a quick call with a recruiter or HR person. They'll likely ask about your background and if you meet the basic job needs. If you get past that, you might have a first interview with a hiring manager or HR. This could be video or in person, focusing on your skills. They might ask about customer service, handling tough spots, and registration process knowledge. You might also get an assessment, like a skills test or personality test. If you do well, you could get a second interview, possibly behavioral, asking for past examples. Before they decide, they'll probably check your references. If you pass everything, you might get a job offer, possibly followed by talking about pay and benefits.

  • What is your background in customer service and how do you manage difficult scenarios?
