They didn't reply for a week, although they said they would get back to me sooner. I had to follow up, and then they finally wrote back saying the position was filled. They were nice when they followed up the second time, at least.

So, we started with some general questions about my resume and why I was interested in the company. Then, there were some standard coding problems, which I had to solve on paper, which could be a bit tricky if you're not used to it. But, they were nice enough to let me work on them by myself without hovering. After I finished, we reviewed the solutions and they asked me some follow-up questions to dig deeper into the topics. Overall, it was a pretty comfortable experience, and I feel like I was able to show what I know and also what I don't know well.

I saw the job offer online and sent in my email. Then they scheduled a phone interview for me. The phone interview was pretty generic with some technical questions and questions about the company. After that, they scheduled the next interview. I went to the office for like 4 hours. It was a technical quiz and I had one-on-ones with different founders. A few days later, they called with offers. I signed the contract and started working right away.
