The HR wasn’t very professional and the whole screening interview was only 20 mins and it felt like the HR had an interview question list and he was so rush to ask the questions.
- What is your motivation for applying to this position?

Sales Assistant
I sent in my CV and cover letter and then got a call inviting me for an interview. It seemed to go well at first. They showed me around the office a bit before the interview. They asked me a lot about my quantitative and qualitative skills and experience. But then the boss spent a lot of time explaining in detail how I would be ordering food for everyone, which I get is part of the job, but they really went on about it. When they showed me an Excel file I'd be using, they just scrolled through it without explaining much about the tasks.
- Can you detail your experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel?
- Please describe your experience with quantitative skills.
- Could you elaborate on your qualitative skills and experience?
