Went through four interviews, team felt like they all wanted different things, confusing communication and I got ghosted. I would recommend asking for clarity around interview three and don’t be afraid to ask for clarity. When I did, it was clear it wasn’t the right place for me.

The first phone screen had really basic questions, and the manager seemed uninterested and was slow to respond. They offered only one time slot for the onsite interview. The onsite also featured the same basic questions, and the interviewer seemed uninterested, like they hated their job. No follow-up was provided, which is unprofessional. I would have declined anyway since I prefer to work with people who at least seem to enjoy their jobs.

I applied on LinkedIn and they reached out via text. They were cool about my schedule. The interview was in person at the store. It wasn't scary and we talked about me and the job. I met with the store manager and sales manager. They let me look around the store after, which was fun to see where I might work.
