Technical Behavioral Case

I applied online and got an online assessment the next day that took about 45 mins. A couple days later, I got an email to schedule a phone interview which was super short, like 10 mins, just basic stuff about me and why I want to work here. They said they'd let me know if I moved on. The next day, I got an invite for an in-person interview that was an hour and a half. It started with a 3-person panel asking about my past jobs. Then I waited for a bit and met with another 3-person panel for a second interview where they asked more behavioral questions and did a mock interview. Got the offer two days later, pending background and drug screen.

Technical Behavioral

So after I applied, about two weeks went by and then I got an email to do this assessment. Then, two days later, I got another email for a phone interview. Right after I finished my phone interview, that same day, I got an email to come in for a face-to-face interview. It was with three people, and they just asked me questions. After that, we were done, and I went to the break room where they discussed me. If they liked me, I would get a second interview and do a mock call. If you don't get to the second interview, it means you didn't get the job.

Behavioral Technical

There are usually 3 interviews. The first one is a phone call to discuss your background. Then, you'll meet with two supervisors to talk about what you can bring to the company. The final interview is with the call center manager and HR. There's also a really detailed background check, so make sure your resume and all info are accurate and honest, because anything that can't be verified will get you disqualified.

Confirmed questions3 questions

Other Presentation

The interview process involved several discussions with the staffing agency and a lengthy 2-3 hour session with the company. They also conducted tests on spelling and grammar, and an essay. This was followed by two panel interviews with the company and one 1:1 with the staffing agency. If you get an offer as a contractor, there's a 6-month training and probation period, with over 3 months of classroom training and about 2.5 months of actual job duties.
