The interview process was pretty standard - the first round of the interview was the general getting to know you section. They asked a mix of job-related questions and more personal questions (background, skill, what you want in a job, etc.). Moving onto the second round wasn't anything out the ordinary - a writing exercise to get an idea of your skill and writing style. The company was really responsive and didn't leave you waiting around to hear back from for too long.

I got asked a few questions via email and they got back to me quickly! Then, I did a skill assessment, and they even gave me a stipend for it. Shortly after I sent it back, I had a group interview, and then talked to the recruiter a few days later. The whole thing was pretty easy and actually one of the most considerate processes I've been through. They really respect your time.

Beware! This company will ask you to do a long, unpaid writing sample for their website, and then they'll completely ignore you. Don't get fooled by this. It's a disgrace!
