A week after I applied, I got a phone call. After that, I was selected for an interview at their Capannori (Italy) location. I met with the HR Manager and the head of E&Q for that plant. It was a STAR interview, and the questions weren't hard. They seemed really interested in what I'd done before, especially with things related to the internship I was going for. The interview felt good and was pretty simple.

It was good and nice. The interviewer was very welcoming. She answered all my questions and clarified my all doubts about the position and expectations from the role. The interview question was very different, I remember I was asked such questions when I had applied for my first job. After 7 years again I got interviewed in the same manner. So felt really good.

The interview process started with a telephonic interview where I was asked to discuss my resume projects and some follow-up questions about them. Then, there was a video conf round. It was mostly HR questions, with a bit of focus on supply chain knowledge. I felt I did okay, but unfortunately, I didn't get an offer.
