The process was straightforward. The people were very intelligent and friendly. Expect a conversational interview where they want to connect with you as a person and professional. The interview will likely be in person at one of their locations, depending on the job.

So the first round was with HR and an associate. Then I got invited back for a second round. This second round was a group interview with the partner, a principal, and two associates. One associate seemed super uninterested from the start and left after like 10 mins. The principal was the same, looked like he didn't want to be there. Super unprofessional. They said HR would get back to me within the week but never did, no word at all. Honestly, even if they offered me the job, I'd probably turn it down after seeing how they acted.

When I interviewed with SC&H Group, the folks there were very friendly. A friend of mine has suggested that I go and talk to them because it's a great place to work and from the interview process it sure did seem that way. The two partners I met with seemed very down to earth and friendly. In addition to meeting with them, I spoke to the HR and their internal recruiter and it was a pleasure to deal with them. The process took about a week for the negotiation process but I got what I asked for and I'm pretty excited about working there.
