I talked with the principal and a partner. They gave me a CAD test. They offered me a job a couple days later, but it was less than I was making at my old job so I said no. The partner then offered 5K more, but that was still not enough. I told them I'd think about it, but I declined. The principal then sent a rude email saying it's not about money but about learning and growing. I agree with that to an extent, but his opinion doesn't pay my bills. He doesn't know my situation, so there was no need to be salty.

So, the interview process involved a 10-question AutoCAD exam, and then a brief chat with the CEO. The CEO was pretty rude and arrogant, but the hiring manager was nice. This was repeated twice.

I had my interview in the NYC office. The HR person, an Associate, and the CEO were all involved in the interview process. I was asked questions related to my past experience in CD / Design. After the interview, the HR person gave me a tour of the office.
