It was simple with a panel of interviewers. We started with a formal greeting and a brief introduction about myself, my past experience, and my works. Then they asked why I was interested in the job. After that, the actual question and answer session began. Mostly, they would present a situation and ask me to analyze and respond. Based on my answer, they would ask follow-up questions. Finally, they asked some questions about current affairs.

There was only one interview, which was a panel interview lasting about 20 minutes. The panel included two senior employees, one focused on technical aspects and the other from HR. My suggestion for future candidates is to really brush up on the basics of the MBA electives they chose. The interview mainly covered fundamental concepts in areas like valuation, project finance, M&A, and treasury. It seemed to go well, and the interviewers were nice and polite.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was really bad for people with very little experience. It focused too much on bookish knowledge. The interviewer asked stupid questions and made me feel insignificant. My experience was very negative.
