They asked basic GK and Banking questions. The interviewers were very nice and didn't indicate if you did poorly. The panel included people of various age groups. SBI's interview is considered the most unbiased among nationalized banks due to ample vacancies and a shortage of qualified candidates. It's advisable to review the fundamentals, familiarize yourself with SBI, its subsidiaries, and recent developments.

The process is pretty straightforward. It involves a written test and then an interview. The system is generally well-organized, although there was a significant delay during my experience. I haven't encountered any bribery, but it's known internally who the interviewers will be, which hints at some level of corruption.

They should ask questions about the Banking world and not what people already know, this is biased on their side. If someone wants to make a career in the Bank, he/she should know the basics of the Banking world.
