Assistant Manager
First, there was a personality test to see if you're a good fit. Then, a group discussion (GD) round, since it was a college placement, we did it in groups of 10. Finally, a panel interview with about 4-5 Regional Managers.

It was a good experience. Interview was basically for core Insurance processes and products. Knowledge of major insurance departments like claims, underwriting, product development, sales becomes important. Overall basic knowledge about Life Insurance company will be sufficient.

Management Trainee
The interview process had three stages: a test, then a group discussion (GD), and finally a personal interview (PI). This was a campus recruitment process. Candidates who passed the online test were eligible for the GD, and those who did well in the GD moved on to the PI.
