Recruiter
The interview process was thorough and professional. The questions that were initially asked over the phone were pretty basic, although the in-person interview had more in depth questions. My third interview was a peer interview and it allowed me to show some of my personality and meet my potential colleagues.
- What makes you want to be a recruiter?
Technical Recruiter
It's like 2 or 3 rounds, you'll meet the HR Manager, then maybe an Account Manager or Vertical Head. The HR Manager checks your communication, qualifications, and experience. Then the Account Manager will chat about visa and tax stuff, all the recruitment-related things.
- Can you list a few databases?
Senior Recruiter
It's a good process, very knowledgeable. They don't ask irrelevant questions. It's a simple and free space process. HR negotiation is a bit tough, but it's good. They kept repeating 'more and more' a lot.
- The interview questions should not be shared, and that's good.
