They made me do a useless unpaid side-by-side in the office before making any offer. They also used the Briggs-Myer personality test, which psychologists say is unreliable. Too many people asked for more information during the process.

It was a 3 step process: first a phone interview, then a video interview, and finally an in person interview. The conversations were really nice each time and they answered all my questions. Some questions were not the usual ones, which was fun.

Applied online, then there were emailed questions, followed by a phone interview, and then two in-person interviews. It took weeks to hear back after the last interview, and I only found out they hired someone else when I called them. The managers seemed disorganized about hiring and shifts. The facilities were nice but seemed empty. Overall, a very disorganized and long process.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • There were too many questions to count across the online, email, phone, and two in-person interviews.

The interview process wasn't very flexible, which is difficult when you're currently employed. They only had one day a week for the in-person interview, and basically told me if I couldn't make it, then to forget about the job. However, they were very friendly.
