The recruiter was a really nice guy. Everyone else I spoke with was also nice. It was a good interview overall. I got to learn about the company and the type of work I'd be doing. It seems like a great place to gain experience.

I started with a phone call from the talent coordinator who asked about my past experience. The next day, I was informed the partners wanted an in-person interview and a time was scheduled that worked for me. They sent me all the details about who I'd meet, lunch plans, and directions. When I arrived, the receptionist offered me a drink before a senior and staff accountant took me to lunch, which was a great way to hear about the company from an employee's viewpoint. Following lunch, I spoke with a partner and a manager who were both really approachable. The talent coordinator then gave me a tour, and I received a job offer the same day. Overall, it was a really good experience.

I first encountered Saville at the "Meet the Firms" event at my University (SHSU) where I spoke with one of their Partners. I gave them my resume and later they reached out to invite me to an on-campus interview session. I attended this session where I was interviewed by a partner and a manager. They asked questions while taking notes. What stood out was their genuine personal interest in me as a person rather than just my knowledge of the company. It felt more like a conversation, which made me feel calm and collected, unlike any interview I'd had before. They made it clear that honesty was valued, building trust quickly.

I applied on their website and they asked me to come in for an office interview. It was pretty laid back, with an audit staff and senior. They mostly asked me basic questions. I think I wore a suit and felt a bit overdressed. About a week or two later, I got an offer email.
