First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SaVida Health.
Recovery Coach
The interview had three interviewers and it was very upbeat and easy. I got enough info about the job duties and pay. The interview felt comfortable.
- What sparked your interest in this role?
Patient Account Representative
It was three interviews and three assessments, with the Supervisor, Director and VP. The questions were basic, and sometimes repetitive. I felt the VP didn't trust my answers, and it seemed like they weren't sure about the position itself. I wouldn't want to work here.
- What e/m code is administered for an established patient?
RCM Supervisor
I had an interview with a VP, which was a 30-minute conversation and she was rude. Then I had 2 director meetings and then one additional VP meeting for an hour. The whole tone of the interview was rude and unprofessional.
- What is an e/m code?
- If a patient's insurance is out of network, do they get a bill?
Counselor
Talent acquisition reached out to me for a phone screening first. After that, I had an in-person interview with the program director, clinical supervisor, and a counselor. They seemed keen on hiring me, but I never heard back after following up.
- Can you work daytime hours from Monday to Friday?
