EVP
The interview process involved some really tough and challenging questions about Investor Rolodex, Channel Partner Rolodex, past dealflow in M&A, knowledge of healthcare/pharma industry, list of companies I ever did business with, ethics and integrity, willingness to travel (even during pandemic), ability to write proposals, work with 15-20 clients at one time, healthcare certification levels, etc. The interview lasted 3 hours.
- What is your vision for the future of digital healthcare both in the US and Canada?
Project Manager, Program Manager
I was referred by an employee and met with a board. We had one-on-one and group discussions. The atmosphere was friendly, and they used a highly professional method. They started by verifying my education in various fields. Then, I was given the opportunity to explain my experience. In the second-to-last stage, they assessed my knowledge through some questions and tests. Lastly, I was asked to share my expectations and promises for the company.
- Can you tell us which state you are from?
- Can you describe your experience?
- What are your expectations and promises for this company?
Senior Test Engineer
I interviewed with Saviance about a month ago. I initially cleared two technical rounds the same day, and the HR told me I was selected and would get an offer by email that evening. However, after waiting four days with no offer, I called HR. She mentioned there was one more technical round, which I agreed to. After the third technical interview, HR called again, saying the HR Head would call me the next day to release the offer. I waited another 4-5 days and finally got a call from HR, who said they had sent a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the salary breakdown and asked for my acceptance. I checked my email, but there was nothing. I called HR again, and she promised the LOI by the next day. Still, after another 4-5 days, I received nothing. I emailed HR, and she replied that the project team hadn't provided positive feedback, which was unexpected.
- Were there interview questions based on real-time projects?
Machine Learning Engineer
Started with a case study that I had to do at home. Then there was a technical round, and after that a final mock interview. I was supposed to do the case study at home and then have a zoom call. After I finished the assessment and called HR, she said I didn't have the relevant experience. The IT Tech guy gave me the assessment and told me to call HR when I was done, but her response changed when I called her.
- Implement time series analysis on a sales dataset and show your approach and accuracy, taking data from a DBMS and saving the output back to the DBMS.
