So first I had a phone interview, then I had to do a written test at their office which took about 45 minutes, and after that I had a face-to-face interview with a panel. The panel included people from the program team and someone from HR.

I met with the director who would be managing my work. She was very nice and helpful with information. She answered all my questions first and didn't get personal, just focused on my qualifications. She didn't ask many questions, probably because it was a temporary position. It was easy.
