Even though I was initially interviewed for the Regional Sales Manager role, the Division Manager told me that while someone else was a better fit for that position, I would be a good match for the Area Marketing Liaison role at their main facility in Northeast Atlanta Health & Rehab. The Division Manager then informally offered me the job, saying he was the one making the decision, which turned out not to be true. After leaving the interview, I was told to expect to speak with the Area VP that afternoon. I asked for the Job-Description for the Marketing Liaison but didn't get it until the next morning. The conversation with the Area VP was essentially an interrogation about the job description I hadn't even seen. The whole process lacked professionalism, and I felt misled throughout.

The team environment is great and everyone is collaborative with an "In it to Win it" attitude. Senior management has made adjustments to stay ahead of industry CMS challenges, maintaining vision, direction, and culture. Management prioritizes quality of life while expecting results. Claims about Sava being solely profit-focused are false and come from underachievers. Compensation and benefits are competitive. This company is what you make of it. Management is open to suggestions and will implement ideas that benefit the organization. Internal systems and programs support positive outcomes. It's a great place to work if you enjoy serving patients and providing quality care.

This was a long and extensive interview process. You really need to be prepared and have done your research if you want this job. There was great leadership and company support throughout. The process had five interview rounds, including peer and panel interviews. It was very thorough. They are looking for the right candidate, so they do not rush into a decision. The final interview was almost three hours long.

Went through two in-person interviews, both were pretty standard. It was super annoying trying to get them to tell me if they were gonna offer me the job. And then getting all the contracts signed took ages. HR was all over the place, like they didn't know what the other was doing. Should've been a red flag!
