First, they screen your CV to see if you have the minimum qualifications. Then, there's a short initial interview to check your basic skills, how well you communicate, and if you're a good fit for the role. After that, a technical/functional interview will test your professional knowledge and job-specific skills. The last step is a final interview with senior management to see if you're a good overall fit and align with what the company needs. If you pass, you get the job offer and start the onboarding process.
