The whole process took about 7 months from applying in January to getting an interview in August. There will be 5 people interviewing the candidate: 2 IT specialists, 1 HR, 1 Assistance Director, and the department head. The first interview involves discussing your background and a deep dive into your resume, so be honest! The technical interviewer asked a lot of questions, and even though I'm a fresh graduate, the questions were related to my major.

I got two offers from Saudi Aramco and accepted both. After waiting over 6 months, I received an email from Saudi Aramco Employment stating I was not acceptable. I had passed all requirements including examination, Interest of Conflict, and Background Investigation. After a 6-month wait with a good GPA of 3.5/4, I was rejected simply because someone had WASSTA, a cultural thing in Saudi between two party members in a company, and I was replaced. It was so simple and annoying.
