Behavioral Other

I had a 1-hour interview booked for the Project Engineer role, which involved a 5-hour train journey. However, they only spoke to me for 20 minutes and didn't ask any technical questions, despite my preparation. It felt like they had already made a decision and didn't give me the chance to discuss my potential contributions. I felt my time was wasted, and a Teams interview would have been more appropriate if they only wanted a general, non-technical chat.

Behavioral Technical

Worst interview experience I ever had. The HR would not tell me what position they want to interview me for. Sent me a wrong JD, I kept asking for a correct JD and I was told that there are various positions, come and talk to the interviewer. 6-7 interviewers sat in the Panel, it was very clear that they did not even review my CV and fired their list of questions, and seemed not interested to discuss my experience and how it can be relevant. Unprofessional behaviour - walking in and out of the interview room, laughing around. Travel allowance was approved prior to the interview, it's been 3+ months since the interview still waiting. Joke of a company.

I met with my direct boss, and we had a chat. The questions were mostly about why and where. They were trying to see how good I am at coming up with answers. They also asked about my experience and focused on my English level. It was an easy interview overall.
