I made my profile online and got a call a few months later for an interview. I'm a new Civil Engineering grad and was interviewed by 3 Civil Engineers and 1 HR manager. They were all really nice and professional. First, they told me about their department, what they do, and what they expect from a graduate engineer. Then, they asked me to talk about myself. The questions were mostly about my major, and especially my final year dissertation topic. It was a good interview overall; nobody made me feel uncomfortable.
