Behavioral Presentation

It was a face-to-face interview with a panel of 2 people. They started by introducing the business and the role they are hiring for, to make sure any questions we had were answered. Traditional interview questions were asked. HR gave us a brief on life in Saudi, details about different facilities, and the visa process. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the facilities were good.

Behavioral Technical

I recently interviewed for the Business Development Specialist role at Saudi Aramco. The HR rep was super nice and made me feel really comfortable from the start. They seemed genuinely interested in my background, which made it a good experience. However, I think it would have been way better if a marketing person was there too. Having someone from marketing would have let us talk more about the role and how it fits with the company's marketing strategy and goals. It would have helped me understand their vision, current campaigns, and how this job helps the marketing team. It would have also helped me see how my skills fit their marketing plans better. So, while the HR chat was okay, adding a marketing person would have given a fuller picture and made the conversation more focused. Hope this helps make things better for future interviews. Thanks for the chance to interview.

The interview was online and the interviewer was very rude, basically accusing me of lying on my CV despite having ample experience. For example, I lived in 3 continents and 7 countries, including Middle East work experience. Yet, he remarked I could get 'homesick' and 'have never lived anywhere like this'. Which country would I be homesick for considering the amount of places I've lived in!?
