I was told to meet the interview panel at a fancy hotel. The IT Head and HR Head were there. They asked me questions and also told me about the company and the IT department. They asked what I expected in terms of salary and talked about the Omani India exchange rate and how much a bachelor spends monthly. They also told me about the accommodation and transport provided for bachelors. They said they would let me know in a week if I was shortlisted and I'd have to sign the contract then. After a few days, they called me back to the hotel. We finalized the salary, and I was offered the contract, which I read and signed.
