First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Saturn Infotech.
Human Resources
It was a really good and informative process. I learned a lot about myself and got to explore different things. There were spot questions and we went through situation tackling processes. Having good communication and interactive skills was really helpful. Also, preparing and giving a presentation helped a lot.
- Can you tell us about yourself, your passions, and your location preferences?
Systems Analyst
So, I got this call from someone at the company, and they asked if I was interested in the Systems Analyst position. I said yes, so they set up a technical interview for the next day. It was pretty straightforward. They asked me a couple of Java questions and then some behavioral ones. After those technical questions, the hiring manager talked to me about what the role of a Systems Analyst actually involves.
- Can you explain what a local block is?
- What is the purpose of using a local variable?
Programme Analyst
I found the company and applied through my college's Career Services Center. The first round interview was with a partner, and it was very casual and low pressure, more focused on my credentials than putting pressure on me. I heard back within a week that I made it to the second round, but scheduling it took over a month. The second round interviewer was also a senior partner, and they were very casual and friendly. The decision after the second round also took a long time.
- Can you share an instance of when you failed and an instance of when you succeeded?
Consultant
This whole interview process was just awful, honestly. The people I spoke with seemed to have no clue about what they were discussing, and I could barely make out a word they were saying. It was really frustrating.
- Could you elaborate on the market trends you've observed?
- Describe your client management background.
- Share an instance where you navigated a challenging stakeholder relationship.
