I applied online and got a call from HR for a phone interview with the chief Estimator. It was short and easy. They said they would let me know in a couple of weeks. After 3 weeks, I emailed HR again, and they said I was through to the next step and would schedule a personal interview. After another couple of weeks, I called again and was told they hired someone else. Two months later, I got a call to schedule an interview in their Houston office. I interviewed with the Chief Estimator and a Sr. Estimator. Questions were based on my experience and education.

The interview process seemed disorganized. After the interview, they sent an offer that was much lower than what I asked for. It also seemed like they had their mind made up before the interview.
